Planning a Stay
- Call ahead to confirm current boarding availability, requirements, and pricing.
- Provide complete feeding, care, medication, and emergency-contact instructions.
- Use a secure travel carrier when bringing your bird to and from the store.
- Current posted check-in begins after 11:00 a.m.; pickup is available until 4:00 p.m., seven days a week except major holidays. Confirm these times when arranging the stay.
